House Rules

Parties/events are not allowed.

No smoking/vaping inside the house.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their pets.

Maximum number of guests is 6.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and general community.

CAMELOT FOREST CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION Rules:
1.) Please respect Camelot Forest Conservation Association (CFCA) common property, (i.e. beach, docks, picnic benches, paddle boats, etc.) You may be held accountable for any damage you cause.
2.) In accordance with Pennsylvania law, pets must be leashed and under the control of the owner. You must also pick-up after your pet. Waste receptacles have been placed throughout for your convenience.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the swimming area.
• Cats do not have to be licensed. Dogs do.
If you allow your cat to be outside, the cat must have an ID collar or tag that has your name, phone number and address.
You must have proof of your cat's and or dog's current rabies vaccination. Rabies vaccinations are required by PA state law at 3 months of age.
Any female cat "in heat" (the times during the year when the female is able to breed and have a litter) must be kept inside.
3.) Speed limit is 25 Miles per Hour. Please respect it for the sake of our children and wildlife.
4.) No discharging of firearms in Camelot Forest.
5.) Please do not litter.
6.) There is no trash pickup in Camelot Forest. You must dispose of your household garbage and recyclables in the appropriate containers in the clubhouse parking lot. A compactor is provided for household garbage. Do not leave your trash outdoors where animals can get to it.
7.) Fireworks are NOT allowed in accordance with Camelot Forest CAI
Rules & Regulations. THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
8.) It is illegal to operate off road type vehicles on Pennsylvania roads. Therefore, no snowmobiles, ATV's or any type off road vehicles are allowed on Camelot's roads, which are Township owned; nor are such type vehicles allowed on CFCA common property or our lakes when frozen over.
9) For your safety, walkers should stay to the left-facing traffic, and bikers should stay to the right with traffic.
10.) Fishing licenses are required for all over the age of 16 and all fish must be returned to the water *Catch & Release. No motors are allowed on boats other than electric motors.

NO TRESPASSING
11.) Please respect the rights of others to their privacy and serenity. Do not use their property to take short cuts to the lakes or beaches. NO loud noise, music or unruly behavior. Tobyhanna Township noise ordinance applies. Residents and neighbors have been instructed to call the police, who may issue a citation to the violator. The member/landlord may also receive a fine in accordance with CFCA's Fine Policy, after due notice and hearing.
12.) No fires at the beaches other than in the barbecue stands.
NO BURNING ALLOWED ON SUNDAY
13.) Do not feed the wildlife.
14.) Should you have any questions concerning your stay, our Office is open Friday, Saturday, and Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Community Tennis Court Policy:
CAMELOT FOREST CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION
Any violations of these policies may result in fines of 100.00 for each offense and are doubled for subsequent violations.
1. Use of tennis shoes or sneakers is required. No street shoes are permitted on any court.
2. No one will be permitted use of the courts unless carrying the amenities badge. Fine of 25.00, doubled for subsequent violations and removal from said facility.
3. Tennis courts are not to be used for any purpose other than tennis. Failure to comply may result in a 100.00 fine.
4. No food or glass bottles shall be permitted within the tennis court enclosure. Please make use of the nearby picnic areas and trash receptacles. Failure to comply may result in a 100.00 littering fine.
5. Loud boisterous conduct (disorderly conduct) or profanity will not be tolerated on the courts. Fine is 100.00 and doubled for subsequent violations.

Community Fishing Policy:
CAMELOT FOREST CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION
Any violations of these policies may result in fines of 100.00 for each offense and are doubled for subsequent violations.
1. Anyone fishing must comply with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission fishing laws and regulations and must possess and display a current Pennsylvania license. All must have the amenities badge on them.
2. Both lakes are strictly catch & release. No fish species of any size may be kept – all must be returned to the water as quickly as possible. Violators of this rule will receive a $200.00 fine per fish.

Full refund 7 or more days prior to arrival.

50% refund 6-4 days prior to arrival.

No refund 3 or less days prior to arrival.
